Board of Directors
The strength of CSSSB currently comes from the experience and expertise of its directors and key
management team plus the close association with related companies with vast experience in the business.

Mr. Wong Nam Fei is currently the Chairman for both CMSB and CSSSB. Prior to joining Counterforce, he was attached with the Royal Malaysia Police Force.
After more than 36 years of active service in the Royal Malaysia Police, he retired on 1st April 2005 with the rank of Senior Asst Commissioner of Police
as the Asst. Director of Special Branch (Protective Security & Intelligence Division) Bukit Aman, Kuala Lumpur.
Mr. Wong will be the key advisor and mentor in strategizing the guard protection services aspect that will be offered by the company.
He is a recipient of the following awards :

Mr. Shaifulizam joined the board of directors of CSSSB in October 2006.
He is currently the Managing Director in TRI SYSTEMS ENGINEERING SDN BHD (an automation/ICT company in Malaysia ), responsible for the overall company operations. His past experience includes working as Controls Engineer for ExxonMobil Project Development Department implementing Upstream Oil and Gas projects and as a Systems Engineer at King Ranch Gas Plant, Texas USA. He is a independent member of the Selection Committee for SME Growth Accelerated Fund Sdn Bhd, a private Equity Fund Company. Shaiful is also a member of Vistage Malaysia, an International Organization of CEO's and Managing Directors.
Mr. Shaifulizam will be the key advisor on ICT technology and will contribute to the overall operational aspect of both CMSB & CSSSB.
